學科能力測驗27日登場，基隆考區秩序大致良好，僅發生零星違規事件，有30多名考生缺考、7人補辦准考證。由於天氣寒冷且下著毛毛雨，考生都裹上厚重衣物，有陪考家長因休息區客滿，只能撐傘擋風，躲在走廊角落，直呼「陪考的比考試的還辛苦」。
