〔記者王鼎鈞／台北報導〕馬英九總統31日接見法國前核能安全署署長拉柯斯特（Andre-Claude Lacoste）時，表達了中華民國希望參加國際原子能總署的核安會議和交流的意願。為了確保核安，馬總統還說，將邀請國家專家來台審查、比對我國的核電廠壓力測試報告，國際公正監督機構也將視察核四。
