護漁展決心 海巡：不排除開火

針對廣大興漁船遭到菲律賓公務船槍擊事件，海巡署與海軍組成護漁艦隊，拉高護漁戰備能力。海巡署長王進旺更表示，會視現場情況，如果有必要會開火護漁。
