〔記者康仁俊／台北報導〕針對我琉球籍漁船「廣大興28號」遭到菲律賓漁政船槍擊，並導致1名漁民死亡，菲律賓政府聲明表示其駐台代表已經向家屬轉達「慰問與道歉」，對此，外交部長林永樂今（13）日表示，「完全無法接受」，他強調，菲駐台代表的道歉不夠，要求菲國政府對中華民國政府正式道歉。
