【鉅亨網記者郭幸宜　台北】在低利環境催化下，不動產價格看漲，以日本為例，截至今年4月底止，東京證券交易所REITs指數累計漲幅已達43.5%，優於大盤指數。但投信業者提醒，儘管看好亞洲地產類股基金，但仍須留意打房政策與股市等潛在風險。
