〔記者康仁俊／台北報導〕針對立法院通過《會計法修正草案》，將特別費除罪化範圍擴及學者、研究人員和各級民意代表，但修正條文卻漏列「教」字，變成「各大專院校職員」，對此，司法人權促進會理事長楊雲驊今（4）日建議，應可透過法律解釋解決爭議，不必大動干戈走覆議途徑才能解決。
