〔記者林修卉／台北報導〕台灣海基會與大陸海協會今（21）日預定簽署「服務業貿易協議」。台聯黨主席黃昆輝表示，「服貿協議註定是個賠錢貨！」他憂心對台灣經濟是個致命傷，百害無一利。
