〔記者葉立斌／台北報導〕輕度颱風麗琵遠離台灣，21日2時之中心位置在琉球東北部。在此同時，菲律賓海面上又有熱帶性低氣壓形成，就在中西沙島海面向西北移動，時速10公里，如形成名稱將叫做「貝碧佳」，據說來自澳門，是一種布丁的名字。
