〔記者顏真真／台北報導〕中央銀行將於明（27）日召開理監事會議，市場預期，在房價仍高，加上新台幣仍趨貶，通膨壓力及預期處於低檔，央行降息必要性不大，央行維持原利率水準的機會相當大，不過，不排除針對房價異常上漲的特定地區，擴大房市管控措施。
