〔記者楊伶雯／台中報導〕成霖創立33年來，去年首度出現虧損，董事長歐陽明坦言，「心情很難過」，有「打敗仗的感覺」，但他希望，去年的虧損不僅是第一次也是唯一的一次，「希望是在我的職涯中唯一虧損的一次」，期許今年在北美的品牌可以更進步、英國商業模式成功、技術勝出成本降低。
