〔記者簡怡欣／台北報導〕電費又要漲價！去年6月剛漲過的電價，傳出今年10月又要調漲，到底為何又漲？這樣漲價合理嗎？今(18)日消基會召開記者會指出，台電現行電價計算費率包含合理利潤、所得稅；電費不只保證台電能賺錢，還要民眾幫忙繳付台電的所得稅，消基會呼籲，立法盡快改善台電費率計算方式，還給用電人合理的電價。
