夏季近海海象惡劣　漁民宜注意作業安全

【石秀華／高雄報導】高市漁船「勝鴻興號」出海作業，返航途中因受「燕子」颱風外圍環流帶來的強烈西南湧浪影響，在距離沿岸0.5浬外海被大浪打翻，造成船隻翻覆、兩名船員落海的不幸意外。海洋局今呼籲，夏季西太平洋常受熱帶氣旋影響，容易形成颱風或引發強勁西南流，台灣海峽西南海域首當其衝，對高市沿近海小型漁船出海作業安全造成極大威脅，漁民出海前應收聽氣象廣播資訊，並注意西南流引發的大浪對船隻航行安全的威脅，不要貿然出海捕魚，以避免危險。
