〔文／劉忠良〕面對近半年來的經濟表現不景氣和國際所謂“唱衰”中國的聲音，林毅夫最近說，中國經濟未來20年能夠保持8%的年增長。他週一表示，中國有“後發優勢”，可以模仿和學習富裕國家的先進技術，從而征服國內外新市場。這將使中國經濟的高增長率至少保持到2030年。
