〔記者楊伶雯／台北報導〕求職面試時，不管回答的表現如何，最令求職者緊張甚至尷尬的，恐怕是被問到奇怪的問題，或出現奇怪的舉動，yes123調查發現，7成4的求職者面試時，曾被問過「有沒有男女朋友」，甚至被追問為何還沒結婚、打算生小孩？yes123公關副理楊宗斌表示，這些打探隱私或是騷擾的舉動，恐怕涉及就業歧視的問題，如果違法可處3-60萬罰鍰。
