〔記者莊漢昌／台南報導〕府城普度特有的祭品「米糕栫」，全市只剩2家製作業者，臺南市民俗及有關文物委員黃文博等人，惟恐該傳統祭品失傳，特前往米糕栫製作現場進行訪視，並將提送「民俗及有關文物審議委員會」審議，將之列為文化資產。
