雙子星案汙點證人彭建銘 願接受測謊

台北地院今天繼續審理雙子星開發弊案，上午針對上星期五檢辯雙方還沒有詰問完的部分再度開庭。

貪污被告賴素如的法庭攻防策略是主張無罪，賴素如辯護人在庭上全力攻擊轉為汙點證人的彭建銘，要證明他作證說的是假話、是誣陷，律師要求彭建銘說明行賄賴素如的細節，只要彭建銘講得有一點出入，辯護人就指控彭建銘說詞反覆，並當庭詢問彭建銘是否願意與其他被告一起測謊，彭建銘則是回答願意接受測謊。

檢方指控，台北市議員賴素如涉嫌收受太極雙星團隊的賄賂，利用職權在市議會上質詢台北捷運局時，護航太極雙星標下雙子星大樓開發案；太極雙星幕後金主程宏道、顧問賈二慶以及白手套彭建銘涉嫌行賄。檢方將四人以貪汙等罪嫌提起公訴，全案正在地院審理階段。
