〔記者賴淑禎／台中報導〕為推動環境教育，提升臺中市國小學童對於環保知識的學習興趣與成效，臺中市政府環保局推出行動護地球到校服務專車，規劃從102年9月起至11月止，推出「自然生態」、「節能減碳」及「水資源再生」環境教育相關主題課程，並透過行動護地球到校服務巡迴專車，主動出擊到各申請學校駐點服務，以達到環境教育工作向下扎根之目的。
