〔記者康仁俊／綜合報導〕針對基隆市山頂巨石該如何處理，基隆市議會議長黃景泰批評林務局，「明明是土地所有權人，結果房子倒了、巨石崩了，拖了4天才出現到現場探勘」，黃景泰說，這次多虧老天疼惜基隆，才沒釀大禍，但這也顯示相關單位，「只要沒出事就都是腳麻」的僥倖心態。
