〔記者林修卉／台北報導〕特偵組6日以法務部長曾勇夫涉嫌接受立法院長王金平與立委柯建銘關說，函送監察院調查。前行政院長游錫堃7日在臉書表示，依據公務員懲戒法與行政倫理規範，移送監察院調查，是長官對下屬之權責，而特偵組為法務部所屬的下級單位，其移送部長，形成下級移送上級的違法狀態，嚴重破壞「行政倫理」！
