〔記者尤嬿妮／綜合報導〕據香港媒體報導，李嘉欣2007年下嫁家族坐擁資産逾200億（港幣）的中建企業集團太子許晉亨，更為許家生下一個兒子，經常傳與婆婆不和的李嘉欣，一直深受丈夫疼愛。今年6月她過43歲生日，許晉亨先送她去東京大採購，後又與姊姊李嘉明到珠寶店購買了一顆10克拉的黃鑽戒。
