〔社會中心／綜合報導〕針對立法院長王金平黨籍假處分案，國民黨律師團下午5時提出抗告，重點鎖定在王金平的案件是私權受到損害，非政黨內部紛爭，同時，對王的處分也屬黨內自治事項，普通法院無審判權，另一部分就是中選會公文送達時，王金平就已不具有立委的資格。
