〔記者賴淑禎／台中報導〕目前臺灣最夯的黃色小鴨，引發熱潮，臺中市環保局11月2日星期六上午9:30~12:00舉辦手作療癒小物-黃色小鴨DIY，特別邀請「包子咩手作襪子娃娃工作室」–郭雅華老師，教導利用家中的舊衣或舊襪子來製作可愛的黃色小鴨。另外為鼓勵二手衣回收，報名費亦可繳交2件堪用之二手衣，歡迎臺中市民踴躍參加。
