〔生活中心／綜合報導〕台鐵又出包！有民眾投訴表示，日前要從台東到高雄，買票時被告知沒有座位，只能買站票，沒想到上車時卻發現還很多空位，有的包廂甚至沒人，但也只能罰站，直批太誇張。對此，台鐵回應指出，經查發現是員工誤觸按鍵，導致座位被鎖住，會向乘客致歉，並處分失職員工。
