烏龍公文致2官員遭懲　立委爆2人是代罪羔羊

【蔡明樺／台北報導】混油事件延燒，上月底衛福部又有「查廠」公文誤發成「下架」公文的烏龍事件，導致該部食藥署2官員遭處分。但立委林淑芬今指出，她接獲爆料，指衛福部長邱文達在公文發出前與食藥署區管中心前主任潘志寬多次開會，且油品下架公文是邱文達指示發出，潘志寬是依長官意思發公文，並非烏龍公文，事後有衛生局反映未查廠不宜直接下架，該部才趕緊宣布撤銷該紙公文，但整個烏龍公文事件都是衛福部自導自演，潘與前副主任許景鑫兩人是代罪羔羊。

邱文達則回應，10月30、31日確實曾與潘開會，但絕無指示發油品下架公文。
