〔記者莊漢昌／台南報導〕市議員王錦德4日針對安南區的公園綠地、親水環境、以及天馬電台遷移後的土地利用提出質詢，他希望市府在治水階段性任務完成後，闢建公園綠地，整治河川污染，並在天馬電台位址做都會公園。市長賴清德表示，市府會做好治水、淨水、親水工作，而公園綠地方面，若財政允許，也會多開闢。
