 盤中／台積電除息不亮 富邦金重挫 台股再失守8000點

〔記者楊伶雯／台北報導〕美股周二僅費城半導體小紅，台股進入除權息旺季，超級除息秀由台積電率先登場，股價開平走低，呈現小貼息，大盤指數3日早盤開低後，在電子股、金融股齊挫下再向下探，富邦金海外存託憑證折價發行，拖累股價重挫，金融股跌幅逾2%，大盤指數跌破8000點，盤中下滑至7923.64點，重跌92.22點。

〔生活中心／綜合報導〕國道計程收費爭議不斷，原本交通部高公局預計在今(102)年9月上路，現在說要延後上路。高公局總工程司吳木富在2日表示，因為國道計程費率方案擬在本月底呈報到交通部，若要在9月上路的可能性不大，預計在今年底前實施。

〔記者楊伶雯／台北報導〕系統電(5309)積極布局鏡頭模組(Camera Module)、車載電子-車用多媒體衛星導航系統(AVN)產品，董事長李益仁指出，今年進入轉型回收期，相關產品從下半年開始出貨，將推升業績大幅成長，9、10月單月營收有機會改寫新高，下半年營收可望逐季攀高；法人推估全年EPS有機會挑戰1元；在基本面題材激勵下，3日股價跳空以漲停9.48元開出，盤中雖有打開，仍維持強勢。
