國光客運宜蘭新路線，今天(二十八號)起三天，推出台北到宜蘭的免費搭車優惠，今天(二十八號)清晨上午五點多開始，圓山轉運站已經聚集上千民眾，想要免費體驗搭車，不過因為國光客運只有派出兩部車，引發民怨，也因為想搭車的人潮太多，影響週邊交通及轉運站運作，郝龍斌市長今天(二十八號)震怒，要求北市公運處依法重罰。

台灣大學一男一女兩名學生，昨天晚間在蘭嶼騎乘機車，不慎撞上護欄，女同學當場死亡，男同學後送台東仍因傷重不治。

南韓總統朴槿惠，昨天起展開到中國的四天訪問行程。日本媒體分析認為，朴槿惠這次訪問中國，是歷任南韓總統中，第一位先訪問中國，再訪問日本的南韓總統，由此可見，南韓目前的對外政策，是為了穩定南北韓關係，並且希望振興經濟，而把中國擺在日本之前，日本對此應該要有所警惕。

〔記者楊伶雯／台北報導〕美股周四道瓊工業指數大漲114.4點，台股28日持續開高，在電子股、金融股增溫下，指數維持高檔，尾盤更因季底作帳因素，買盤硬拉權值股，台積電、中華電、中鋼都拉到近漲停價位，一舉推升指數攻上8000點之上，終場收在8062.21點，大漲178.31點，成交914.7億元；月線收跌192.59點。
