〔記者曹逸雯／台北報導〕高鐵苗栗站28日舉行動土典禮，苗栗「高鐵數位經貿園區」也在台北舉行首場招商座談會，吸引了50家廠商100餘人參加，包括大型壽險公司、建設公司、飯店業者、商場業者等，由於苗栗高鐵站預計民國104年完工通車，未來不但可串連高鐵及台鐵轉乘，也可連通國道1號及3號，交通優勢預計將可吸引眾家廠商競標投資。
