美國駐土耳其首都安卡拉的大使館，今天(1日)遭受自殺式炸彈攻擊，造成至少2人死亡，多人受傷，當地媒體指出，2名死者都是使館警衞。

爆炸發生在使館提供民眾申請簽證的側門入口檢查站，每天都有大批民眾排隊輪候入內進行簽證資格審查。電視畫面顯示閘門整個都被炸飛，石牆也塌下。使館位於坎卡雅區(Cankaya)，附近設有不少政府機關及外國領事館。
