〔記者陳榮昌／中市報導〕由台中市北區崇德裡社區發展協會主辦的「冬令愛心關懷」活動，1日上午在區長李政峯、里長呂成地帶領下，結合崇德里志工隊、天帝教紅心志工團，發送民間團體愛心物資的捐贈及天人炁功服務，里民感謝呂里長為弱勢家庭募集物資，讓社會感到處處有溫暖。
