〔記者陳思豪／台北報導〕外交部今（5）日證實，駐美代表金溥聰與美國在台協會執行理事施藍旗（Barbara Schrage），昨日在美國華府簽署了新訂的「特權、免稅暨豁免協定」中英文約本，這份協定將更合乎時宜，提供雙邊派駐人員更多法律保障。
