〔記者康仁俊／台北報導〕國民黨立委謝國樑今（5）日表示，他在日前接獲馬英九總統電話，希望他一起推動修改刑事訴訟法，並表達希望遏止酒駕的理念，他將在本會期提案修法，降低酒駕移送的標準到每公升0.25毫克，並修改刑事訴訟法，對酒駕者採取預防性羈押。
