〔記者康仁俊／台北報導〕馬英九總統要求嚴防酒駕，國民黨立委黃昭順今（5）日表示，她將提案修改刑法第185條之3條文，除了提高酒駕致人於死的刑度到7年以上有期徒刑，累犯致人於死者，最高更可被處以死刑。
