洩密內閣人事？　綠委質疑：吳副總統太閒

針對今天出刊的《壹週刊》報導，內閣改組，副總統吳敦義被排除在決策圈外，疑因他提前洩漏人事，倒至陳冲內閣慌亂下台；行政院前院長劉兆玄，可能也釋出消息給華視。
 
民進黨立委黃偉哲受訪說，總統府應查清楚到底是誰洩密、誰是深喉嚨在深夜向媒體透露消息，造成政府不及應變，也讓人覺得體制怪，半夜公布院長更替。
 
黃偉哲質疑，國民黨接班卡位戰提前開打，是否有人把政治利益凌駕於國家利益，檢調應調查，若真是吳敦義，「是否吳副總統太閒，馬總統應派工作給他」。可能是吳敦義的對手。
