連10年無休　黃山谷今年再送688個紅包

雲林土庫鎮民黃山谷，曾連續9年陪前總統陳水扁、現任總統馬英九春節發紅包，3年前起回土庫老家發放，今年自明起他將再發688份紅包。

黃山谷表示，明天上午10時在家門前送100份百元紅包，只要讀紅包上的門聯就能拿；另外588份1元美金，移到12日(初三)上午在台北龍山寺大門口發送。
