〔記者鄭矞昕／綜合報導〕新年快樂！受到東北季風持續影響，中央氣象局表示，今(10)天清晨雖然溫度偏低，但白天之後，冷空氣強度會略為減弱，有機會比除夕(9日)回升1到2度；另外，新竹以北及東半部雲量較多，有下短暫雨的可能，而東北部則有較大雨勢發生的機率。
