東北季風發威　台灣沿海及外島防強風

中央氣象局表示，由於強烈東北季風影響，明天下午起台灣沿海空曠地區、恆春半島及蘭嶼、綠島、澎湖、金門、馬祖將有8至10級強陣風出現，提醒民眾注意。
