〔國際中心／綜合報導〕於情人節當天誤槍殺女友的奧運賽跑名將比斯托里斯（Oscar Pistorius），今（15）天首次出庭，現場擠滿了關心此案的民眾和媒體，而比斯托里斯在法官詢問時，說到激動之處，不禁掩面哭泣，儘管他強調是把女友誤以為竊賊，才會開槍，不過檢察官則打算以預謀殺人罪起訴他。
