〔記者顏真真／台北報導〕根據1111人力銀行針對企業主所做的調查顯示，今年8成受訪企業會發放年終，而且有發放的企業中，平均發放1.18個月，較去年1.41個月少，即便如此，壽險業者建議，在歲末年終進行保單及家庭財務的年度健檢，將年終獎金視為固定薪資以外的年度收入，並善用333收入分配原則，將其中一部份用做健全個人或家庭的保障規劃，仍可讓年終獎金發揮更大效益。
