企業領取保險滿期金或解約金需申報收入

財政部規定，營利事業為員工投保團體壽險負擔的保險費，可列報為費用，但在保險契約期滿，領取保險滿期金給付時，或事後因故退保，或將該保險解約並領回解約金時，應申報為當年度收入。
