「要不要跟我嘿咻」　男翻女兒畢冊性騷

新竹縣1名鍾姓男子(46歲，貨運司機)，依女兒10年前小學畢業紀念冊通訊錄，2007年起涉打電話給少女說，「要不要跟我嘿咻呀」、「妳來月經」等騷擾對方；其中1女遭騷擾達6年，警方循線逮鍾男且查出有6人受害。新竹地院昨依強制、恐嚇罪判處鍾男拘役60天、緩刑2年但須強制接受心理治療。

判決書指出，鍾男在電話中總曖昧說，「小妹妹！要不要跟我嘿咻」、「妳流白帶」、「妳來月經」、「我要聞妳的下面」等，若對方掛電話，他就再撥一次並恐嚇「別再掛我電話，我知道妳住哪」，令少女心生畏懼不敢報案。
