〔記者楊伶雯／台北報導〕台股小龍年開紅盤日一度觸及8000點，美股周一休市，歐股則大多下跌，台股19日企圖再衝關，早盤以7974.4點開出，上漲30.87點，盤面上股王大立光表現強勢，另外，台積電也開高，面板股友達續強，不過，金融股走弱，拖累大盤指數回探至平盤附近。
