〔記者楊伶雯／台北報導〕友達 (2409) 展開今年度的募資動作，董事會通過將發行美國存託憑證（ADR），發行額度約6.4-8億股，以目前股價推算，將可籌得逾百億元的資金，主要是作為海外購料之用，股價19日續漲，盤中一度亮燈漲停。
