（軍聞社記者周昇煒臺北十九日電）國防部軍事發言人羅紹和少將今天在國防部記者會中表示，一０二年全民防衛動員「萬安卅六號」演習，自廿六日起由宜蘭縣等十一個縣、市政府結合「行政院災害防救演習」實施演練，藉由演習整合中央及地方資源，驗證各項標準作業程序，提昇軍事作戰及災害防救成效。
