檢方19日起訴刀鋒戰士「預謀殺人」

南非「刀鋒戰士」皮斯托瑞斯（Oscar Pistorius）涉嫌在14日情人節當天殺害女友的史汀坎普（Reeva Steenkamp），19日出席保釋庭，檢方當庭以預謀殺害起訴。

檢方在庭上指出，皮斯托瑞斯對女友開了4槍，有3槍命中，而當女友逃到浴室，他還從浴室裡對準她開槍，因此要求以「預謀殺害罪」起訴。

皮斯托瑞斯穿著黑西裝、藍襯衫，打著灰色領帶出庭，一直焦慮地直視前方，當法官問他感覺如何？他聳聳肩膀，仍直視著前方。

26歲的皮斯托瑞斯在去年(2012)倫敦奧運成為激勵人心的象徵，創下雙腳截肢跑者與身體健全選手競賽的首例。
