立院初審 亂吐檳榔汁 罰錢外還要上課

有鑑於嚼食檳榔嚴重影響國人健康，亂吐檳榔汁、檳榔渣也會破壞環境衛生。立法院社福衛環委員會今天初審通過「廢棄物清理法」第50條之1修正草案，明定亂吐檳榔汁、檳榔渣者，除了會被科以罰金，還必須接受4小時戒檳榔講習。
