〔記者周貝蘿／嘉義報導〕全民享健保，國家未來主人翁有保障，在經濟蕭條，萬物都漲，唯獨薪水不漲的現況下，政府做到了苦民所苦，保障小朋友的福利，不會因為家長繳不出健保費，而被鎖卡，喪失了第一時間能就醫的機會，而延誤了病情。
