〔記者莊漢昌／台南報導〕台南市在5都中『五港一空』獨漏，市議員杜素吟30日砲打台南市立委都在睡覺？砲火並波及市長賴清德擔任立委時，也未極力爭取該案。她要求市府儘速成立跨局處小組，早日促成該案。賴清德則解釋他與其他市籍立委在立法院時，都有質詢經濟貿易示範區的議題，市府也將成立跨局處小組。
