〔記者陳思豪／台北報導〕反核部隊與綠色消費者基金會等公民團體，今（1）日上午在立法院側門召開記者會，駁斥總統馬英九、行政院長江宜樺核四停建是違憲的說法。他們以前總統蔣經國當年中止核四為例，認為馬英九的說法，等同在否定蔣經國的過去。
