〔記者林修卉／台北報導〕行政院今（2）日終於把101年度中央政府總預算｢第二預備金動支數額表｣，送請立法院審議。民進黨立委李應元發現，有一筆6億2033萬元的公務員退休撫卹支出，竟動用行政院第二預備金，顯示年金改革的迫切性。
